Today I took my 30 day measurements and pictures. I have decided to be very vulnerable here and post my photos. I have a very LONG way to go yet, but here is me currently. The workout program I have been committed to is Chalean Extreme and it has been awesome!! Three days I lift weights, and two days I do cardio. This program has been great for me because I can really see a difference. Along with my exercising, I have been replacing breakfast every morning with Shakeology. This ensures that I get all my fruit and vegetables servings, and all my vitamins and nutrients!

That's a loss of 7 lbs and 6 in total!! In just ONE month!! Now below are the photos...AHHH someone kill me now!!
My goal for this month was to lose 8 lbs, and I missed it by 1 lb! But that's okay, I worked hard and am proud of myself! For me to do this on my own is a HUGE feat for me, I usually give up after two weeks, so you can imagine my sense of pride for accomplishing this. My goal for this month is to lose another 8 lbs, but this month I am really going to watch what I eat. You'll see more from my transformation in 1 month! So excited!!
