Tasty Tuesday

How many of you are like me and totally drench your salad or vegetables with dressing? The salad dressing alone could be worth as many calories as everything in  your salad!! So why waste your precious limited calories on something like dressing??? Why not eat your salad plain?? Ha JUST KIDDING!!

Instead of buying that salad dressing from the store- make your own! Not only does this dressing have less calories, but it tastes better and fresher. Today's "Tasty Tuesday" I will be showing you a recipe I found from SkinnyTaste- which is my absolute GO TO food blog for low- calorie food.
