Tasty TurboFire Chili Tuesday

So its been a little chilly here lately and I though it was about time to make one of my favorite meals- CHILI! Honestly, Chili is generally super easy to make, but this recipe is even easier!!

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup frozen corn
2 cloves garlic
8oz black beans
8 oz pinto, chili, or kidney beans
1 tbsp tomato past
1 package Lawrey's Chili Seansoning
4 oz low-fat shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Brown the turkey in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. THIS IS OPTIONAL: if you don't want your onions to be crunchy in the chili I suggest cooking with the ground turkey.

Once turkey is browned and onions are cooked, throw into a Crock-Pot and VIOLA- you are done.  Set on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. Top with cheese if your heart so desires!!

I definitely suggest doubling this recipe so you have leftovers!!

Prost!!
